SUBJECT: Summin' thangs up ... Submitted by Krazy Keystone Kop from PENNSYLVANIA on First and foremost ... another Great Rally and THANKS to: (1) the Committee ... Great Job !!! Charlie, you're quite the Ring Master ... and "yes" we do NOT blame you/Committee for the difficulities with the Ramada. Funky, ol' Friend, pleaure seeing ya and Barb, it was a blast ;) and Al "Chief" Pugh ... OORAH !!! (2) all the sponsors ... even though I got skunked during the raffle ... and I even sold them darn tickets ... my pleasure though Charlie. (Grin) Special note: Dumfries Marine ... you guys are one CLASS ACT. Thanks to seeing to our needs and making us all feel like professional fishingpeople and number #1. Another thanks to Max at the tackle shop ... he was extremely friendly and helpful. Wish the tackle shops in our area were set up like his. (3) all the GREAT people that attended this year's Rally. It was GREAT meeting some old friends and meeting/making new ones. Forget the fishing, its you Folks that make it ALL worth while ... a double THANKS to you !!! (4) all the winners at the Rally, which was everyone but this one goes to the guys who finished in the Top Three and were able to land the Lunker(s) of the Rally. Good Job, my hats off to ya. To sum things up because if I tried to thank everyone and everything, I would probably fill up this whole Rally page ... It was a GREAT pleasure to be able to attend the Rally and share in its atmosphere. It was good to see some new faces and share stories, award some "new" handles (sparkplug and our darlin' seaweed.) There was some good old fun-N-teasin' with folks. JD, you took the battle between the services well, even though you're USAF, you'ld make the Marines proud the way you took it and dished it. OORAH and FORE !!! I was fortunate with my partners during the fishing phases ... Karl, my long time close Friend from BFHP, nice fish buddy and THANKS for the gift; Wayne, the pleasure was all mine and thanks for showing me some new spots and Perry, what can I say, it was a total joy, even with the fun boat ride, spilling the coffee and the privilege to watch a "true" jig fisherman at work. I was taking mental notes on the techniques of working a jig. Hopefully, I'll be able to get better at it with more time and practice. Well, it looks like I'm making this long ... hard not to. For those I didn't mention by name directly, you are all in my thoughts and it was a Pleasure sharing some time out of our lives with ya. "Thank You !!!" See ya'll again real soon. K3 ... Thanks Gang !!! ... oh yeah, to sparkplug "Pete" thanks for puttin' up with me all week and the trip home and to the one and only, "Biker", what an adventure eh buddy *G*. See ya on the water.
