SUBJECT: Made it Back --- And Thanks

Just made it in -- couldn't make the whole drive last night, so had to stop in Ark. for some shuteye.
Congrats to Larry and to Reilly for the strong finishes that got them No's 1 & 2 respectively. Once again I couldn't "seal the deal" during the Sunday AM session. Still that 3 lber I lost would have made for a very interesting finish; perhaps a Rally record for the least separation between 1, 2 and 3.
Thx to my fishing partners Roger, Jim and Michael (especially to Michael for putting up with my dock fishing plan when it wasn't working). Jim did a marvelous job with the net Saturday afternoon. Roger braved the heavy downpours while I stubbornly kept hoping for that 3rd keeper. I hope that Roger and Michael are able to put the weedless wacky technique to good use!
Thx to the committee and sponsors for putting it all together so we could have an enjoyable time.
And finally thanks a bunch to Wayne for sharing the information about the dock pattern in Roseberry. Because of the grass spraying there, I had not intended to fish Roseberry this year, but Wayne proved that the fish are still there! Hard to believe that those fish were holding on docks with 2 ft. or less of water around them!
Even without a formal Rally, I hope there is some sort of informal get-together next year!
