SUBJECT: # 630: High Rock Cats

I am going to fish High Rock the end of the month for some cats and have never fished it before any suggestions on where to go on the lake and what baits ? I'm thinking live bait maybe brim or cut bait but not sure whats best. Slow drif or anchor up ? I think we will be night fishing . Thanks for any help .

if you go to tucker town dam use live hand size brim they love um. ne where else in the rock use chicken or beef liver. or some of the new red neck cat fish soap yeah it really works well you wanna get in a deep channel and anchor and fish.or go to fosters point camp ground to the back side and theres a pier there that feeds them avrege size caught here is 7 pounds there big use peanut butter and bread here. if you can get to the camp ground go there fishin is great there hope you have good luck. tell me what your biggest is ok buddy

i'm been fishing at locking dam 3 on 87.the only thing i've been catching is headacks.i've been useing cutbait,worms,froze eels.one big pull would make up for the last 4 times i've been.
