Fished this morning from 9am-1pm and had a great day on Lay Lake despite the weather conditions. Caught over 30 bass upriver from the Steam Plant. All fish were small between 1 1/2 pounds and 3 pounds, caught them in the mouths of pockets on lipless crankbaits, and a spit'n image topwater bait. Best 5 would've been 12 pounds. The bite seemed to really turn on when it would start raining some.
