Shane Watson Guide Service Monday Report. We've had boats out everyday and the striper fishing has been up and down. We've seen some schooling on top on the southend, but with these constant weather changes, this pattern has been sporadic. Freelined bluebacks, Sebile's, and bone Redfins have produced well when the fish have been on top. When the stripers have been down and the wind has been strong, freelined bluebacks fished on windy points have worked best. We are also catching and releasing some really big spotted bass on the Sebile and Redfin on the windiest points. On bluebird days, when the water has been slick, downlined and power reeled bluebacks fished over 30 to 40 feet deep points, have worked best. Capt. Mack's 4 arm u-rigs fished 80 to 90 feet out are also working while blind pulling points. The stripers are scattered everywhere. There are fish over open, deep water down south.
