Subject: Tennessee River, Tennessee

Submitted by Ron Scott

Date Fished: 11/4/2009

Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Well I may have been rained on the whole time in Alabama, but today was a beautiful fall day in East.Tenn. Hit the river this morning about 9am and fished until 1pm and it was just as good if not better than last week. Took neighbor Jim and together we caught between 35 and 40 rotating back and forth between two spots.Only 1 largemouth today, th rest smallmouth and spots. I caught 4 nice ones today like the one in the pic and lost 1 brute of a smallmouth shortly before leaving. I couldn't fish for 15 minutes cause I couldn't quit shaking. The best 4 would have gone over 16lbs. Good day for me. Next one down was 3-10. Just a great day all the way around. (Oops, I did catch 3 nice sauger also) Back next week. Ron

ramp From: Ron Scott, Tennessee
Good new ramp. Going west from knoxville on i-40, at 75 split off to Chattanooga go south approx 3 miles and take Lenoir City exit. Turn left at exit light and go straight through on 321n. immediately after crossing dam take 1st right exit and launch is straight through on Tellico with access to Ft Loudon by canal, or at stop sign turn right instead and go about 1.5miles to new launch on river below Ft.Loudon dam and look for exit on left it,s not marked but the dam on Tellico will be on your left and if you cross the bridge you just missed it That;s where I put in Ron
