Water Temperature: 56
Water Clarity: 1 foot

8am to 12 pm : Slow at first - same ole same ole... I saw plenty on the graph but no bites with cranks,RT, jerkbait. I switched back to plastics and ended up with 3, the best was a little over 3 lbs. I am curious to know how the rest of you guys did - please post if you have time.

Thanks to everyone who sent advice last week for being so generous with all of the great tips-

One sour note: What ever happened to etiquette? Since when has it been ok to pull within casting distance of someone and start fishing in front of them ???????? RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, SELFISH SOB-

Rude From: smeyer, North carolina
Your comment on etiquette is one I can relate to. It happens way too often and I just cant understand how someone could think it is OK to do that. A lure upside their head is warranted when it happens.
It's become a common From: GITTHENET, North carolina
practice, unfortunately. And, it appears that it has become an ACCEPTED / justified practice in the minds of those who do it.

I haope you dont let it get to you.I have found very few people who do such(sad the # should be none)most of us will not even fish in another competitors area if they are there fishing. However we must all learn some will fish with you just to find the spots that you fish, just as some co-angeler will tey to fish in front of the boat even though they are in the back at the time, and the list goes on.Thank god some have more sense, and respect others their space and there water at the time.
I know what works when that happens From: SenkoMan-11 #17089, North carolina
Most of the time, that is someone fishing a tournament, for some reason some of those guys feel like since they are fishing for money they have more of a right to the lake than you do. And then sometimes its just someone who dont care about others.

I have found that if you just put your trolling motor on high, go around them and start fishing again, they will get the hint. if they go around me again then i will say something to them and then crank my motor making sure i run along the bank they want to fish.
