Subject: Susquehanna River, Pennsylvania

Submitted by Nate Bruno (ip 98.235.142.44)

Date Fished: 8/27/2008
Water Temperature: 76
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Hit the Susquehanna River today out of Long Level and threw everything in the boat at the west shoreline, under trees, over grass, deep weeds, lay-downs. Spinner baits, texas worms, rattles, top-waters, frogs, cranks, swim baits, and jerk baits... NOTHING! Worked up to just south of the Wrightsville bridge and BAM! FISH ON! Although it took me 4 hrs to put 4 fish "in the boat" it was a good day on the water. 3 smallies around 11 inches, and one 14 inches all on green w/ silver flake tubes. Lost 3 at the boat and something big hit and snapped the line immediately.
