SUBJECT: # 2651: Wife's first time helping launch the boat!

When my wife and I were dating I was showing her how to help me launch the boat. I told her to hold on to the rope and don't let go! I backed the boat in and it slid off the trailer. But I noticed this splashing sound. I got out to take a look. Well, she still had all of the rope in her hands and was walking into the water. I asked her what the heck she was doing. She replied, "You said not to let go of the rope!". I said, "yeah, but you can let some of the rope out".!!!!!

Made a two day trip to Lake Anna this past weekend and took along my "lady friend". Her first time bass fishing. What a champ! Did a masterful job tieing it up after it floated off, fished a little and read her book. Had good conversation, good lunches, and on Sunday she executed the load out with precision! I drove the boat on, she cinched down the bow strap and drove me out like a pro! What do you think guys? I'd say she's a keeper!!
