It whuddint so long ago and there I was out thar runnin them trotlines one more time. The sun had jus started peepin over dem treetops of the calm waters on Weir Creek Cove. Dat's right younguns. We on Lake Conroid wonce agin.
It had been caffish sity for the last few days right here I'm tellin ya. Had a three baskets full of live channels from 2 to 8 pownz. Gettin a big mess reddy for the Mimoreel Day weekin. Kin folks from all over gunna show up for some fresh fried caffish and adult bevrijiz's at Dicks Place.
Started eazzin up on da line real quite like so dem feesh won't git too startulled. Pullin er up slowly and mythodickly, it seemed snagged on sumptin agin. A couple small wigglers started shakin hard so got dem snatched off quick like and in da bote da go. Movin on down da line some where I think she hung, I reached way over the side of da lil jonbote like way down in da water to feel around some. Them WAMO! Before I could think, I'm da water. The dam line pulled over. Had a monster there. Way tubigg for my lil ole bote. I sware dat fish was da biggest in Lake Conroid un huh. Never got a look at it, but iffin it can jerk me outta da bote in one pull, well you know what I talkin 'bout Willis.
