i was in the boat business for a good while, and one rule of thumb we used was that if no one there had ever heard of it, watch out!....at any rate, i've never heard of it....something else to think about; i'm assuming (and yes, i know what they say about assuming) that it's a fiberglass boat...and based on that, a 120 is a little on the small side for a 19' glass boat...i'd let it slide...but so far as monetary value, find someone with access to a N.A.D.A. book...

This was a small race boat builder in North Carolina that expanded to bass boats quite a while back. The business was owned by brothers and I met them at the races - at one point when bassboats were just starting to change from tri-hulls to V's they started a new V line and wanted to sponsor me with a boat to fish tournaments and show their product. It's been quite a while since I have seen a boat of their's and I assumed they were out of business - what year is the boat you are looking at? The early K boats looked alot like the Allisons and had the crinckle interior glass finish and were very well built boats.
