Hey anybody out there make their own attractants? If so please post... Fellow up here turned me onto to mixing some anise oil and cod liver oil into some melted non scented vaseline. You get just the right consistency and it will gel back up.. does it work.. yup, havent had a fish spit it out yet and it stays on a hecka lot longer that regular liquid ones do.. take a rag though.. and wipe the baits down after you use em.. tightlines..  Last fall I tried stuff from the supermarket, garlic flavored olive oil, clam juice, and garlic paste (WHEW!). The Vaseline musta been all I missed! I was thinking of corn starch, as I like a thick liquid like Smelly Jelly's. Itnever seemed right to put craw/anise flavor on a LIZARD, ya know? C&R, Steve
