    Remember Slick-50 Lubricant??? Anything Close..

I posted a question about this on the "other Topics" page a few days back and got no responses, so forgive the duplication. A few years back a company marketed a lubricant called "Slick 50". Good stuff. Keep some in the boat all the time. The company was fairly big in sponsoring bass fisherman and even ran a custom colored Slick 50 Ranger. I guess they must have gone belly up. Anyone know if this stuff is still available anywhere or do you know of another brand that is close?? (NOT WD-40)

Not for use in 2-cycle engines? from SteveP  9/3/2004 12:15:00 PM
They seem to still be around (at least they have a website!). There's a store finder on their site.

But unles you have a 4-stroke, you might want to think twice about putting it in your outboard.

Not Using In Outboard... from Griff (24.177.186.15)  9/3/2004 11:32:00 PM
I'm not using it at all in the outboard. Just using the spray type can it came in to lubricate trolling motor bracket, truck door hinges, etc. just as a general lubricant.

Slick 50, "ONE" Lube spray. It's on thier site. Scroll down on the products page, it's near the bottom. The dealer page will help you locate it closer to home. Sponsors HERE may carry it...I don't know??

Where I work, we use the one lube air oil. And suprising to find... was not on their website??.

Yes, I remember it. I have a can that's nearly empty and have been looking to buy some more. However, I have yet to find any local vendors in Alabama that have even heard of it. Any luck?
