Brad is 21st with 9-04 pounds. He said he caught 25 keepers but no kickers. Bill Chapman had 11 and is in 10th place.
Good showing!

Thats GREAT from DaveT  6/14/2012 5:28:20 PM
I hope one of them wins, and the other finishes second. GO BR200, and Bill Chapman.

Excellent. It is not often that I think that I speak for the majority here. Today, it is so. from hvacstar  6/14/2012 5:43:29 PM
We all are pulling for and are proud of Brad. Family is the most important part of life. BR200 has and is competing against the best. It is a very good thing. We here on the BFHP are blessed to enjoy the experiences of the guys like you, ButchT and Beartrap. It is why we come here.

Go Brad! Shoot, with Uncle Gridleak on his side, the young dude has an ACE up his sleeve.

I'll post a NC BBQ report before Sunday Morning. Problem with that is that all of the good NC BBQ joints will be closed when you are driving down I-85 south on Sunday.

DAMMITTMAN!

BR400 has a Rock and Roll Heart. Right or wrong? hvac bought a used drumset for $75 bucks off of CraigsList 3 weeks ago. I am stoked on Todd Rundgren's song.

I don't want work, I just want to bang on the drums all day.....

Jeff, those teen age years are the toughest but from PPEN  6/14/2012 5:49:29 PM
I know you will be a great man when you get through with them. LOL

Gotcha???

hvac want's to be a kid forever.

Mentally, no problem. Ever. As for my body, I'm running behind Jimmy Means.

Alka Seltzer me..

   FLW reports from BR400  6/14/2012 8:36:21 PM
Only 29 5 fish limits were weighed in by the 101 boaters.

BR400 is the keeper size 12 or 15 inch? from DaveT  6/14/2012 8:43:03 PM
  Might make some difference.

Was 14" but don't know if it changed from Art #12596 #12596  6/14/2012 10:21:40 PM

I like that lake from fatzso #19093  6/14/2012 11:21:12 PM
Put in at Grassy Creek and don't really run that far. When the water is at 304-306 you can catch them in the buck brush and flooded timber. My brother throws a jig and spinner bait. I throw wait for it-here it comes... a watermelon green-red flake fluke with a 3/16th pegged weight. It works well for me.

   that's awesome! from RobShaw  6/15/2012 6:21:54 AM
The lake (yankee's call it Buggs, locals call it Kerr/Carr) has fished pretty darn tough lately due to the LMBV.

It's awful hard to find a kicker nowadays!!!

Best of luck to those young lads.

Yep good luck Brad. from Wackoman  6/15/2012 7:08:49 AM

What is going on with the Everstarts? 100 boaters? In the first Northern of the year?

Folks up there must have quit fishing.

Poor Scheduling from TJW #17216  6/15/2012 7:33:01 AM
On either BASS's or FLW's part by putting the 2 out of the 3 opens the same weekends as Everstarts. The James River Open is this weekend and it looks like those numbers are down too. I'm guessing some guys that would have done both had to pick one...

Ah, I got you. Makes sense. nm from Wackoman  6/15/2012 9:22:21 AM

 Look for Kelly Pratt to repeat! (;

Bill Chapman was a good draw from Bryant  6/15/2012 11:57:39 AM
Super guy and a good fisherman. I'm sure he enjoyed the day.
