BILOXI -- Police arrested a Biloxi man Tuesday on charges of grand larceny, authorities said.

Mark Clayton Bosarge, 23, of the 8000 block of Paulette Place, took eight rods and reels, valued at about $1,200, from a residence on Motsie Circle, Sgt. Donnie Dobbs said.

Bosarge was taken to Harrison County jail on $10,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.

Hope they hang his butt. from PPEN  8/18/2012 10:05:45 AM
Is $1200 enough to allow charging him with a felony in your state? If not, they oughta just hang him quietly w/o any fanfare. Dragging him behind a pickup truck also comes to mind for the SOB.

I too have no time for a thief but on the other hand if our fellow fisherman did not buy stolen equipment there would be no reason for them to steal because they are not stealing for their own use.

   How do you know ?? from Randy #12972 #12972  8/19/2012 2:17:10 PM
My question is how do you know ???? There have been times in my past that hard times have fallen on me and forced me to sell anything I owned just to buy food for my family. How do you know when the good deal is because some one stole an item or is just up against the wall and needs money badly?? I love to go to flea markets just to find good deals. I have known a lot of people including my brother that are disabled and can't work that go to yard sales on Friday and Saturday and buy what ever they can and go to the swapmeet on Sunday to try to sell the items they bought the day before just so they can eat the next week or buy gas so they can go to yard sales the next Friday and Saturday. Mind you I also can not stand a theif. I used to have a sign in my office on the wall that just said: T. H. A. I. J. New hires and salesmen would come into my office, see the sign and ask what it meant. It stands for THROW HIS ASS IN JAIL !! If you steal from me or my company and I catch you, you are going to jail if I can help it! Oh well---- just an old mans thoughts. Can you answer my question??? HOW DO YOU TELL???
