You leave it on the truck seat for an hour and it might as well have come from McDonalds

Kinda like the curly light bulbs with the 5 year warranty from Skipper  11/22/2010 11:08:14 PM
Who in their right mind keeps a receipt on a light bulb?

lets see- from brett m  11/23/2010 3:54:44 PM
Broke rod,, 6-10 for the shipping tube,, the reciept-- humm,, where is that-- 40 bucks for them to ship back for 10 bucks ,, Looks like Fifty bucks for and a lot of hassle. Dont loose that receipt though!!! Just because you have the rod does not mean that Carrot Stick sold one too you! LOL

Most retailers I know are getting out of "Orange"-- same reason,, warranty claims,, how many you want for $99?

   I have from pistol1911  11/23/2010 4:59:42 PM
been fortunate to only have one rod break that wasn't my fault.I don't buy $300 rods.I am partial to Kistler magesium rods and I buy them when they are on sale for half price.I use Shimano casting reels and old Cardinal 3,4,6 spinning reels.I don't have receipts for anything. The ink disappeared. If I broke a $300 rod my heart would give out and I wouldn't have to worry about a receipt or warranty anyway.Happy Thanksgiving

Standard "Orange" Cost the dealer from bender  11/24/2010 7:17:23 AM
Around $50.00 wholesale. Do the math

   ????? from Begafish  11/24/2010 9:16:04 PM
The rod cost the company about 7 to 10 dollars, now, they can even make money when you break one.....
