where was the water level at? is the new launch in service? From the start of the tourney to the end we saw it drop 2ft! We were up there on the same day of the tournament. I wish we would have entered because we had easily 15+ lbs. for our best 5 fish. How much did it take to win? The swimbait bite was on for us (for the bigger bites) those bigger spot's and bigger largies really like the 5" swimbaits. Too many little one's on the topwater and worms for us. I never knew Naci was even a swimbait lake so I left my swimbaits home. DAMN! Which swimbait do you throw up there??? Any particular areas or color swimabit??? Thanks on the report. swimbaits From: edgar (68.165.183.79), California Jeff we throw Big Hammer's a lot on 1/2 heads and also the 4/5" optimum (old version). We've also caught some nicer fish on the big Tora Tube, but not this past trip. It's important to add a stinger hook towards the back because they'll short bite a lot of times. You dont get too many bites most day's but when they do eat it it'll most likely be a good fish (although we caught a few the same size as the hammer)...good luck!
