Jay, I see you talk alot about tournaments. What club are you a member of? Does your club allow for a team to be paired ahead of time? I'd like to fish a few bass tourneys with my 10 year old son, he and I as a team. Bassin The Rockies From: Jayhawker88 (12.1.219.253), Colorado I belong to a Colorado B.A.S.S. Federation club called, "Bassin The Rockies". We pair up our boaters and non-boaters at the ramp on the day of the tournament. Most of our tournaments take place on both a Saturday and a Sunday and require overnight stays of Friday and Saturday. To minimize expenses we pair up with a travel partner. As far as your 10 year old son, I don't know the provisions for children in the club. I recommend you contact our club's president, Tom Lever, for the details. His number is 303-933-6734. I'm pretty sure he'd have to become a member of the Federation to fish in one of our tournaments. Membership is $27 per year and our club meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Q's Pub on the corner of Chatfield & Kipling at 7:30pm.
