Tournaments From: Jabo (74.230.1.237), Alabama No I don't reckon I could, However if I averaged 20-25lbs every other trip I would have definetly put my money up to fish with the Elite big boys on my home lake. They let Van Dam come in here and get that big payday. I didn't see the first guide come to the scales with the exception of Jimmy Mason and he didn't do much. Talk don't weigh nothing at the scales! Not just anyone can walk up and plop down their money and fish!! Nevermind!! Second.. Have these guides actually done anything to you handfull of ticked off "fishermen"? Have they taken money from your pockets? Do they come to your workplace and badmouth you to the boss? Or do none of you work? Do they take food out of your mouth by guiding fishermen to your fishing holes? My guess is no...They are just trying to make a living at something they have a passion for!! And I am almost certain that all of them catch and release except maybe a trophy here and there! Do You? I have been reading all of the posts from Guntersville for more than a year because someday I want to come and fish this paradise just to say I did. But man, you people are ruining this site for me and many others. I would miss the posts and awesome pictures, but I wouldnt blame them a bit if they shut this site down!! I agree with you KAL . these guys need to give it up. I bet i catch more fish when I am down there than they do all year.HA |
