Isn't that something? I used to go there with my dad and my uncle 50 years ago!! We used to use the row boat which was available for free. Most ponds supplied a row boat back then for anyones use. I found out later my dad and my uncle took me as their "trolling motor" I used to row and position them and they'd feed me donuts! ha. I learned to fish then only to become the Bass State champion 40 years later. So I fished tournaments up until last year and now I'm going back to my roots and fishing places like Grafton and you know what? It hasn't changed in 50 years. You bought back memories..thanks and good fishing Billy Backlash From: titus (70.16.205.200), New hampshire Try casting at a low trajectory in the wind...it will really help elimanate backlashes...i have been fishing baitcasters for years and will swear by them...the accuracy and length of casts are second to none if you've got a decent setup...good report though |
