i fish douglas alot and have night fished alot there. alot of guys won't give much info but ill always help out any way i can. try a cherryseed or junebug colored utale zoom 6inch worm. flat creek or muddy creek are two good night fishing areas. for bigger fish throw a black and red spinnerbait. i got a tournament there next weekend let me know how you do. my email address is shawnyboy312003@yahoo.com well good luck and be careful the water is down watch the humps. "Worm's" From: snooterfish (68.47.201.58), Virginia I fished Douglas for the last week and 1/2 and the lake is falling everyday at least .5" and the bigger LM are deep and are not very agressive at all. I would suggest you bring some 10" worms in Cherryseed and Power worm in "Black" and there is always the ole stand by Zoom's SS U Tail 6" cherryseed. A lot of #'s are being caught shallow but no size to mention, a lot of slicks and an ocasional 1.5 and 3 lb if you are lucky enough to feel the bite, it is a real suttle hit as if they are just sucking into ther mouth and just holding on to it. If you feel anything strang on the retrieve, set the hook!!!!!! Be careful and watch for shallow humps and look over the area in daylight hrs before fishing at night. snooterfish fishing report From: Caterpillarguy (74.140.158.226), Kentucky Guys thanks for the help, after last night I think I will need all the help I can get. We caught 5 fish and all were 1-1.5 lb fish. Fish simply weren't aggressive at all, I had a couple fish on and didn't even know it. Fished the open tournament out of the dam that took over 19 to win.
