But why be a fish snob? I must be a rare breed because I fish for anything that swims. Fresh or salt, cold species or warm species, it doesn't matter to me because why would I want to deprive myself the chance to catch so many different species of fish?? Whether it's battling a 4 pound small mouth on a flyrod or ultralite tackle, or wading a beautiful river to cast for monster kings and steelhead or having the line ripped out of your reel by a brute of a tarpon or dolphin down in the Florida Keys - fishing is fishing. And the fact that we are fortunate to get out there and do it is in itself a thing to cherish and appreciate. Tight lines, all!!! What??
