Yes ramp is usable, also Dandridge ramp usable. Water level is down to 945. Be careful, good luck and God Bless. Let us know how you do? It's been slow but gotta change someday. Ramp From: Stratos21 (72.150.225.49), Tennessee Art, you can also put in on the lake bottom at the dam ramp. This area has a shell or slate rock surface. Instead of going toward the ramp at the dam, go straight ahead as if you where going to the picnic area and go through the two steel post directly in front of you. This is a great place to put in if you are fishing by yourself or if the ramp is crowded. Also, if you are fishing douglas this week, try it around point 8 using bandits, rattle traps and DD10/22's.
