Trolling motor From: Jj (164.111.29.46), Alabama
Just wandering if you have to have a boat license on the canoe since you are using a trolling motor. Not quite sure how that law is enforced. Good Report From: Luvie, Alabama Man, I haven't thought about Lake Purdy in years. I grew up in Cahaba Heights and then later in Moody/Odenville. I fished Purdy some in the 70's. Tight lines! Yes.... From: dcgc (71.8.5.116), Alabama ..... you need a license. Any propulsion other than paddle is considered motored. You will also have to have lifejackets for every person in the boat, among other requirements. |
