All the reports lately have sounded GREAT actually... What did you have the best success on while there? Got a trip planned for first of April - I'm praying the good fishing continues. I am thinking about a trip down there, and my biggest concern is just getting the air travel squared away with just 2 people Baccarac Bass Lak From: Steve (192.251.125.85), Arizona Andy, Gaint swimbaits and gaint senkos. The lodge has a fully stocked pro shop all the secret weapons. Blue 1 oz jigs also worked well. Chuck We were luck enough to be flown down by Terry Hollan the owner of the Lodge....Landed almost on top on the Hotel....How sweet it is... Yep I am going back S Lake Baccarac Lodge From: Mark Williams (64.146.125.66), Arizona Hello friends, I fished there in November 2007. All around the best trip I have had on any lake in Mexico. There was just two of us and we flew into the Lake on a private plane from El Paso and all was arranged by Terry Hollan. We put our name on a 2 person wait list and got seats within a few days. The Lake is just awesome for big bass. Most days we fished with big jigs and would catch at least one over 10 pounds each session and on the third we caught over 150 fish in the boat for the day. Look for the islands and tell the guide "grande" |
