There are times I would almost agree with you. It really does "seem" that it's not producing like it used to. However, if you go back and read the reports for April/May 2004 (before the canes hit us) you'll see it wasn't much different. In fact, it seems almost better for this period. One of the reasons it "seems" to have declined is that people are not posting like they used to. I know that I report only about 20% of the trips I take. That is because of one jerk that made it "not fun" to post anymore. We have less quality days due to weather because of the lack of grass but the good days are still good days. You can still catch more bass in one day here than all season in some northern states. My opinion is that it is not the condition of the stick marsh but the weather that hampers us now. It seems like it will be windy till the end of time.
