still throwing rattle traps(red seemed to be the color)and caught up to 20 bass early in the morning fishing rivers edge and openings, only problem was none of the bass hit 15". all close to bank in 1-2 feet of water, some hybrid chasing chad, but you are never seem to be in the right place at right time. LOTS of BIG Garr in the river and running your rattle trap into the side of one of those is a really fight just to get your lure back. Hint: don't let them in your boat. my mistake last week with about a 4 foot 20 pound garr, the lure wasn't worth all the mess and struggle to get him back out of the boat.NO Current=No Fish good luck |
