I have fished Lake Lowell all my life, but not much lately. My dad used to have a fishing boat rental business there. Everyone knows that Lake Lowell is a great catfish fishing lake. has a few bass in it too, and also perch, trout. but those catchs are not the common thing. now the lake is pretty much polluted, but as a kid we sure had fun fishing there. you can catch plenty of catfish anytime any day. don`t need a boat, but it helps. There are bluegill too, and as a young boy in the 40`s there was talk of the prized sturgeon there too. we never caught any never seen any, but it was always a dream to catch one there. see ya lots of luck fishing. |
