Hey thanks for the info on the snake I didn't have the lure you mentioned so I just tried everything I had I got a lot of bites but didn't catch any.I didn't stay very long because I figured I'd better go get what you mentioned. Do you have a boat? I'm going to Cascade Lake this weekend.Is there anything you can suggest for me off the shore by the Donnely side. Thanks Jason. cascade From: snaggs (205.188.200.48), Idaho jason i have not fished cascade much in the last few years but a freind of mine was their last weekend and did pretty well from the bank, said he caught lots of trout but they were all planters. made him think they had put alot of them in their, but hey catchin is catchin!!! they were using power bait the floating kind all colors seemed to work. sorry to hear you didnt do well below swanfalls,you got to wade out to the dropoff and run a rebel deep craw crankbait deep! buy the way cascade has a good population of perch,koho,and their are tiger muski!!! better have a steel leader for those boys! they put them in cascade,anderson ranch,and cordalane,to try to controll the perch populations. as for my boat yes i got a 12ft jon (witch in a month will be the only way to fish water in idaho this year, with all the ramps comming out of the water) but i got 2 buds one with a 18ft astro, the other with a 21ft custom weld . good luck! |
