I hear the reefer in Ky has harvested. From: Yeah right (63.255.220.238), Kentucky
You really expect somebody to believe that shit? 4-6lbs? cmon man this isn't a bunch of kids you've got reading this stuff. Next time take a camera or better yet lay off the moonshine.
Yatesville Lake From: Dirk (63.21.18.213), Kentucky
I too have had quite a bit of good fortune recently in Yatesvile. Several 3 pounders and a couple of 5 pounders. Most being of the 2 pound variety. If you know where to go and what baits to use, the fish are there for the taking. Wood is the key, and its proximity to deeper water is a plus. I said deeper not DEEP water. Many people seem to think that all of the large fish are stationed at 25 feet of water this time of year...not true. Night time is best because of the lack of boat traffic. Diehard email me and let me know when you will be on Yatesville again...would like to meet you.

Mr. Dirk V. I will need a E-Address. I will glady get back to you asap. I went again last night with minimal success. I managed to catch mostly smaller fish but the moon wasn't right and I dont believe that the larger fish were all that agressive or with the slight change in conditions they had repositioned themselves. If I would have been fishing a t last night I would have scraped out a limit of fish around the 17" mark. The fish all ranged about the same size just a few with more pot bellies than others. But that is fishing, sometimes you go out and dont catch anything or sometimes just small ones but the fun begins when your in the right place at the right time when the hogs are feeding. By the way I noticed that your first club t was on 4/22/01 and with a weight of 5.2 pounds with 2 fish, the biggest being 3.8lbs that is not a bad start. Congrats!
