Bass Fishing and Moving From: Don (214.1.92.2), Mississippi
Thomas,

I am moving to El Paso in the coming summer and was not sure what bass fishing or how much access to lakes I would have in El Paso. Can you give me some insight into what kind of lakes are around El Paso that I can pull to and how far away they are for bass fishing. Love to fish, but I really don't want to pull a boat 1200 miles if I am not going to get to use it.

El Paso From: BassHawg (205.188.208.105), North carolina
I am from El Paso and currenlty live in North Carolina. I will be moving back to El Paso in December. Unfortunaltly there are not many lakes around that area. The closest lake would be Elephant Butte and that is in New Mexico. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive (150 approx. miles). It is a large lake out in the desert but, good fish? Hope this helps. Not alot a lakes like out East. Tight Lines, BassHawg
