thats a pretty good day of fishing. ive been fishing there at least twice a month for the last three years and i have never had good luck there. congratulations. theres tournaments there outta of lake springs boat ramp every saturday morning. there open team tournys. the winning sacks havent been over 8 pounds in a while. in fact 3 weeks ago 17 boats showed up to weigh in and nobody caught a fish. everyones money was refunded. hope to see ya there. good fishing ??? I fished around plum branch yacht club a couple of weeks ago and did pretty well myself. didn't post a report because I just found out about this site. I didn't use a jig/pig, but I did catch several nice bass on topwater lucky craft in the ghost minnow color. also picked up a few on c-rigged Zoom lizards in the w-melon color. had two Largemouth over 5lbs. Didn't catch any stripers though. I can't believe how stupid some of you act on this site. sounds to me like you just get mad if someone else catches fish when you don't. I think you all need to grow up or go somewhere else to argue. Whoa whoa whoa From: Bass Buster (66.20.62.226), South carolina This dude ain't lyin...it like somebody flipped a switch or something. i went yesterday down to the dam and caught some massive largemouths jigging a spoon in 30 ft of water over sumerged humps. caught a 7.9#, a 5.3# and a 8.9# and several 2 pounders. all in all about 10 largemouths and 2 stripers. give him a chance From: Jig (152.163.188.70), South carolina Guys give him a chance. Good catch and stay on'em good place to bass fish from the banks of lake pleasant From: rootbeer man (32.100.218.60), Arizona im a texas fork fisherman heading out to lake pleasant for some camping and some work around the phoenix area.will have some time to fish the lake. cant bring the boat.but will have a tube when i get there.looking for some good bank spots.any help will be rewarded with my homemade rootbeer. |
