public watershed fishing rights From: Tom Plumbly (208.189.110.187), Kansas
I wonder about government built watersheds and the publics right to fish them. Do those people who have them on their land have to sign a statement saying the public can fish them? Does the government or land owner stock those ponds? If we do have the right to fish them shouldn`t thier be a public easment to gain access to them without having to ask pemission. Maybe we have no right to fish them at all, don`t know.If thats the case, I call horse shit! We help to pay for them right? I guess I`m just jealous of those land owners but I would like to know how that all works.
