Hi Kid, we fished friday too--I haven't been on this board in a while hence my late post. I was in my 15 Gregor, were you guys in a tracker? I saw one with a yellow kencor in it, the fellow had a Fullerton shirt on. Anyway, we found many areas that looked killer but were dry of fish. I'd been going a couple times per week over the last month. The water has come up a lot over the last week so the fish are scattered. Many are post spawn now. We had fish out of 4 to 14 feet. Most on worms (DS and shaking), one crank fish, a few on Assalt saltstix soft jerks. 11 total with a bunch of unbuttonings. It was Me From: Vegs Kid (209.179.147.182), California You got me pegged. Good obs! I'm planning to go out a week from this Friday. Do a couple of loops around the lake hoping for a Brookie or something big, then concentrate on Bass the rest of the day. After Irvine, four days at Big Rock at June, life is good. I'll keep you posted. |
