Pella Crossing - have caught several 17-25" large mouth 4 to 5 pounders are in abundance. Use rapala shad rap shallow runner in summer (baby bass or white black shad) - go deeper in fall and spring when there are less weeds. You can catch very nice bass in all the Longmont gravel pit ponds. There are several of these ponds and they are fun to explore. Pella seems to be the best because there is a very good food supply which produces large fish. Most longmont ponds are catch and release, which also improve your odds for a nice bass. Lone Tree - great for wipers. Use shad raps or any white or silver shad looking lure. Look for shad surfacing to eat plankton and cast there. Wipers are open water fish. best if you have a boat.
