Bender, I have a tournament this weekend, fished last week and was only able to pick up small fish. Fished the wood and grass in the river and mid lake areas, some fish on the drops. Where are you picking up those brown fish and what presentation are you using ? Most of my fishing has been done after 6pm so I do not know when they actually start to generate I just know when I get there at 6 it moving. Simple lure JIG JIG JIG and more JIG. Same little jig I have used for 20 years I do not think color matters although I am partical to black on black. Hope this helps. Bender |
