So how did the transducer work? I'm getting my 10 foot alloy boat ready for the low water. I hope you left me some Wipers. Mike,, From: H&o (64.12.96.78), Colorado the transducer worked great. I needed to try it on the pan (WOT) before I drug the rig to Tx. I marked a few fish in the N Marina cove, have no idea what they were. Did not see any wiper action. The only water open is the main lake from the west side of the north campgrounds to down near the damn. South marina froze in. If your going to mount the transducer on an aluminum hull there are several discussions on the boats/motors page about doing that. Just do a "transducer" search. I used a jack hammer to present my popper through the ice, but the wipers where short striking a little. Do you have any advice for my presentation. Lure size might have some affect as well. Where have you been getting hits? |
