Date Fished: 5/10/2004 Water Temperature: 77 Well, just another 20-lb day on the G. Bites were not as frequent as they were on the weekend, partly due to zero water movment, but we had some quality fish none the less. The 4-lb class is getting pretty active out there. Picture is a double the guys had, one on a 5" Junebug YUM Dinger, and the other on a 1/2oz Booyah jig. (Black and blue with a 3.5" YUM chunk, black w/blue flake). The YUM Dinger and the jig were the producers today, we had zero bites on top-water and no takers on spinnerbaits. Best 5 was 21-lbs, that included one I caught which was 5.75/lbs. (Jig). I didn't fish a lot but they let me throw a few times...:) We had a real good time, the weather was perfect (a little windy late) and there wasn't a lot of boat traffic where we fished. Most of our fish were caught in 4 to 6 feet of water, with a few in 3 feet. Be careful when you're out there, check your saftey gear before you hit the water, check the plug, take the straps off before you launch... and put the fish back alive.
