Water Clarity: 1 foot Fished Lake Carthage Sunday from 4:30pm to 8:00pm. Cooler day with overcast but the bass where biting. Caught 17 Large Mouth the biggest being a hair over 20" about 5 1/2lbs...she had a tail of what I guestimated to be about an 6" to 8" bullhead sticking out of her gullet and still wanted to eat my jig.....what a pig!!! Most of the fish where in the 12" to 14" range with 3-4 in the 16" to 18" range. Missed several other fish....light biters. Caught a couple on rattle traps and the rest where on tubes and jigs.
