Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater We fished the South side in the morning due to a stiff (25 knot) wind. Picked up two fish on fat free shad (crank).
Then around 11 am went to the North side and threw a Castaic Gizzard Shad at a point--landed a 3 lb.--so I decided to cover some water and trolled this bait (at idle) all up the North side from the East end to the West-- ended up with 9 fish!!
This was a great way to locate fish and we ended up having a great day.
