Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater I was after small mouth bass Sunday. I fished a slew off the main river and the slew had current moving through it all the time.
I fished the current seams and I landed six fish over two pounds. The biggest bass was 3lbs 9oz. The other bass were 2lbs 14oz, 2lbs 8oz, 2lbs 7oz, 2lbs 3oz, 2lbs 3oz and one bass just under two pounds.
The total number of bass I got from this one hole was over 40 bass.
I also hit a nearby lake and got 20 more bass all L.M. Bass and all small. Fall is hear and it will only get better as we go through October! I catch S.M. bass all the way into November, but I head up river more than 50 miles from Portland. See ya on the water some time, Or just send me an email some time!
