Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Fished for about six hours saturday with my father in law. Launched out of Kellogg Creek. Followed the birds early for an hour or so working a spoon in Kellogg but only caught a crappie. Started hitting rocky main lake points all the way to Illinois Creek and caught 6 spots. The biggest at 1 1/2 pounds.
Heading in the ramp we saw some very active birds and started working the spoons again. Got into a nice school of hybrids and landed 10 in an hour or so. The biggest was around 2 pounds. That bite ended as soon as the sun went down behind the trees.
