Water Clarity: 1 foot Went to Sam Rayburn to fish the upper part of the lake for some crappie. Launched at Marions Ferry Park. Parking lot was full on a Tuesday so figured the fish were biting. Fished several areas north of the ramp about a mile or two up. Lots of boats but non really catching anything. Caught one or two here and there but nothing to jump up and down about. Ran down to the 103 bridge with same results. Fish seem to be scattered. Most people I talked to at the ramp had same results. Will try again in a couple of weeks. Happy New Year to all and be safe.
