Subject: Current Report on LakeHuites, Mexico

Water Clarity: 0 Good news on Lake Huites! As the lake remains very off-colored from the incredible rains in central Mexico this winter, the lake is 100% full. Lake Hidalgo, which is a huge lake below Huites, has gone up from appx 20% full to well over 60% according to my sources. Baccarac is also full. This is great news for these awesome bass fisheries. As far as Lake Huites goes, the lake should begin clearing in the next week or two as it is already clearing in the canyons. And when it does, it should be awesome. Fishing over the last two months has been very up and down, with the significant swings in water level. I can not imagine what it will be like fishing all of the flooded brush as the bass and baitfish move up. This spring and early summer should be fantastic! Will post another report as soon as I hear more.
