Water Clarity: 0 This report is for tuesday, April 5th, 2005. I got to go to one of my other neighbor's farm ponds today. It's not a very big pond maybe about 110 feet across by 150 feet long, but he assured me there were some bass in it. I just couldn't manage to catch any of them. The water looked like a chocolate milk shake but I tried to fish it anyway. I fished from about 11:15 am until about 12:30 and got zero bites. I tried a 3/8 oz. Strike King Rattlin' Midnite special spinnerbait with a black & blue skirt with a #7 hammered colorado blade. I fished it all around the pond and never got a hit. Then I tried a half ounce red crawfish Rat-L-Trap, working it all the way around the pond and never got bit on that either. I guess thats why they call it fishin' and not catchin'. Maybe next time.
