Date Fished: 5/23/2005
Water Temperature: 60-
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

The weather was not as good as I had hoped. A big storm came through Wednesday and lasted until Sunday. Needless to say, the fishing was off. The fish were still in pre-spawn, and fishing wasn't the best. Saturday was better, warmer and drier and the bite was better. Senkos, lizards, and grubs were working the best in black, blue, pumpkin and chartruse. Chartruse and white spinnerbaits, and rattle-traps with orange on them were working as well. I think this week the fishing will be hot with the warmer weather.
