Date Fished: 8/1/2005 Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Fished Friday with a couple from NYC looking to move to the Atlanta area and they wanted to look around Lake Horton for real estate and fish. We ended up finding them a home to check out as well as a few fish. It stayed cloudy most of the day but there was no topwater bite to be found so we fished senkos and trickworms over the grass in five to ten feet of water. They ended up catching a bunch of smaller bass and a three pounder. I caught one between four and five pounds after they asked me to cast out there with them to show them the lake had some big fish in it. Most of the fish we caught came after we had caught one off a spot. If we made a few casts and didnt catch a fish we moved. If we caught one we stayed and worked it over pretty good.We covered a lot of the lake but most of the fish came off two or three spots.
