This report is from 2 days mon and tues. Mon fished the river for 3 hours and wow it sucked. My partner caught five dragging a rig along the channel but thats it. The wind blowed us off it was bad havent seen it like that since march. I agree with troy the jig bite was gone for us. Today went to the lower end caught 16 in 4 hours. biggest and most came in 16 foot on spinnerbaits but we caught fish on senkos, 7 in worms, a big fat free shad had one a little over 5 jump at the boat then make a lunge and pulled off and caught 5 on a jig. Have a tourny tonight the wildcat out of the baseball fields so i will report on how that goes. the current was strong and thats why the fish bit i think. These are two of the fish caught and when you caught one you caught others one time 4 casts 4 fish then a dry spell then bam a flurry of fish. Alex DAvis
