Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Launched out of Waterfront today and fished from 4pm-dark. Started out Swimming 10" green pumpkin worms on a ledge. Missed a few. Pitched a jig and no bites. Finally figured them out and started killing them on a white spinnerbait w/ Chartreuse/chrome blades(homemade)in 8-9ft of water. My partner had a lunker spit his spinnerbait back at him at the boat. My guess, it was around 8lbs or so. He's from West Virginia and never caught one that big. Needless to say he was heartbroken and so was I. Had a few on buzzbaits. We ended up with some quality keepers and missed several fish on topwater... When there are storms approaching try water 8-10ft in milfoil.
