Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Took my grandson out on Friday for a day on the G (BB Comer north & south). We had a few short strikes on a Strike King Popn Frog early. Backwater off of main channel in 6-8 ft water. Saw fish running alot of shad. Caught one 15" keeper early. Wind got WAY up later in the day. Made fishing very difficult. Had one additional keeper mid-afternoon on a trap, and one more late afternoon in Jones cove on same frog. All 3 fish barely over 15". Missed a few others. Caught 11 small ones. Had a great time. God bless to all. Wish I could live there!!
